Okay, these noodles may not have the speediness of 2 minute noodles, but they certainly have all the taste, flavour and nutrition of a home cooked meal with minimum time in the kitchen, and we are so here for that! These Chilli Beef Noodles are the perfect weeknight meal or the perfect meal to whip up when you have last minute guests or friends over for dinner.

Olive oil

4 cloves garlic

1.1 lbs beef mince

2 bunches broccolini

3 stems spring onion

2 packs ramen noodles (about 10.5 oz total)

2 tbsp tamari

1 tbsp sesame oil

½ tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp maple syrup

Chilli flakes (optional)

In a medium saucepan, add a little olive oil and brown mince with a sprinkle of sea salt.

While the beef is browning, cut your garlic, broccolini, and spring onions and assemble your sauces.

Boil the kettle and add your noodles and boiling water in a saucepan for 3-5 minutes to cook.

To the browned beef, add all the rest of the ingredients and cook for 3-5 minutes (the smell is incredible - your family will gravitate into the kitchen, aka flavor town).

Add cooked noodles and stir through to combine and serve hot.
