Brothy Rice with Fried Egg

What the yolk is going on here? Think delicious broth-infused rice (you’ll never eat plain rice again) meets crispy fried egg and a cheeky chilli sprinkle for the ultimate lazy lunch.   1. Add rice and water to a pot and bring to the boil.
  2. Add in Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate, stir through then turn down to a very gentle simmer. Cover with a lid and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, in a small frypan, on medium heat, melt butter, then crack in your eggs. Cover with a lid until the top has set (but the yolk is still runny).
  4. Serve rice onto a plate, top with the eggs, chives, chilli flakes, sea salt and black pepper.
