Ingredients

PANTRY ITEMS 

For the Frappe
2 tbsp Collagen Hot Chocolate
1 espresso shot
1.5 cups ice
3/4 cup of milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
100ml thickened cream (optional)


For the chocolate drizzle
1/2 tbsp Collagen Hot Chocolate
1 tbsp water

  • Make the chocolate drizzle by combining 1/2 tbsp of Collagen Hot Chocolate and 1 tbsp of water.
  • Whip the cream until stiff peaks form, place in a piping bag.
  • In a blender add 2 tbsp Collagen Hot Chocolate, espresso, ice, milk and vanilla extract.
  • Blend until thick and still icy.
    Coat glass with chocolate drizzle. Pour in the frappe mixture.
    Garnish with whipped cream and dust with a little Collagen Hot Chocolate powder.
