  • 1 tsp Captain Calm
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese or dairy free cream cheese
  • 1 ounce dark chocolate, melted
  • 2 slices of bread of your choice

  1. Divide cream cheese in thirds, mix ½ tsp of Captain Calm into one third, and 1½ tsp of Captain Calm into another, leaving the last one plain.
  2. With a knife for each cheese mixture, smear a tsp amount onto the toast in alternating colours.
  3. Draw on cute little faces with the melted chocolate using a toothpick.
