Hot Chocolate Fudge Brownies

  • ¾ cup Collagen Hot Chocolate or Choc Whiz
  • ⅔ cup salted butter, melted
  • ½ cup hot milk
  • 2 cups coconut sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla paste
  • 1 ⅓ cup plain flour (your choice of)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • ¾ chocolate bar (or melts) chopped
  • Topping:
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips or melts
  1. Preheat oven to 325°F and line small rectangle tray (8 x 4 inches) with baking paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Choc Whiz or Collagen Hot Chocolate and hot milk.
  3. Whisk in the melted butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
  4. Then, stir in the flour, salt, baking soda and chocolate chips.
  5. Spread the batter into the prepared pan and top with pieces of the chopped chocolate.
  6. Bake for 30 mins.
  7. Once baked, leave to cool for 10 mins while you melt the chocolate for the final drizzle. 
  8. Slice and drizzle with melted chocolate to serve.
  9. Try not to eat the whole batch prior to serving. They are that good.
