  • 1 soft-boiled egg, halved
  • Lightly salted butter, room temperature
  • 1 tsp Chicken Bone Broth Homestyle Original
  • 1 slice of Rye sourdough
  • Slices of Swiss cheese
  • 6-8 Sicilian green olives
  • Small handful of blueberries or blackberries
  • 2-3 pink radishes, sliced
  • 2-3 baby cucumbers
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3.5 oz smoked salmon
