Immune Builder Chicken Curry Soup


Cosy Chicken Curry Soup for the soul sounds about right for this immune bolstering soup. Boosted with Nutritional broth for zinc, B vitamins and turmeric, as well as extra ginger, garlic and chilli to really kick that immune system into gear. 

Plus with good fats, protein and carbs, you can enjoy this delicious, creamy and comforting soup knowing you’re ticking so many boxes for your precious body.


Ingredients

1 can coconut milk (400ml)

2-3 cups of chopped veggies to your own taste

1 inch knob of Ginger, finely minced

1 inch Knob of fresh Turmeric, finely minced

2-3 cloves of Garlic, finely minced 

1 cup of cooked & shredded Chicken

100g of Brown Rice Noodles (Soba or Ramen)

Juice of 1 Lime

Fresh Chilli and Herbs to taste

PRODUCTS

3 tbsp of Chicken Bone Broth Turmeric 


  1. Bring the Broth and coconut milk to the boil.
  2. Add the vegetables and cook until desired.
  3. Prepare the noodle as per the pack instructions.
  4. When the vegetables are almost cooked add the ginger, turmeric, garlic and cooked chicken and simmer for 1 minute.
  5. Place prepped noodles in the bowl and ladle over the hot soup.
  6. Garnish with chilli, fresh herbs and lime juice.
