Immune Builder Chicken Curry Soup

  • 3 tbsp Chicken Bone Broth Turmeric
  • 1 1/2 cups Coconut Milk
  • 2-3 cups of chopped veggies to your own taste
  • 1 inch knob of Ginger, finely minced
  • 1 inch Knob of fresh Turmeric, finely minced
  • 2-3 cloves of Garlic, finely minced 
  • 1 cup of cooked & shredded Chicken
  • 3.5 ounces of Brown Rice Noodles (Soba or Ramen)
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • Fresh Chilli and Herbs to taste
  1. Bring the Broth and coconut milk to the boil.
  2. Add the vegetables and cook until desired.
  3. Prepare the noodles as per the pack instructions.
  4. When the vegetables are almost cooked add the ginger, turmeric, garlic and cooked chicken and simmer for 1 minute.
  5. Place prepped noodles in the bowl and ladle over the hot soup.
  6. Garnish with chilli, fresh herbs and lime juice.
