  • 2 tsp Beef Bone Broth Concentrate
  • 1 cup tofu cubes or sliced rotisserie chicken, cooked
  • ½ cup carrot, sliced fine
  • 14oz noodles per jar
  • 1 cup kale ribbons
  • 6 tbsp coconut cream
  • 4 tsp laksa curry paste
  • 2 tsp grated ginger
  • 2 tsp finely diced garlic
  • 1 spring onion
  • 4 tsp fish sauce
  • 4 tsp maple syrup
  • ½ cup mint or basil leaves
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Boiling water (to fill the jar)
  1. Divide all ingredients between two jars (except for water).
  2. Cover with a lid then place in the fridge until ready to use.
  3. Add boiling water and stir through, when noodles are tender, eat it and enjoy.
