Quick to prep and even quicker to disappear, this colourful concoction has immunity-boosting goodness while also tasting as good as it looks.

  1. Place milk into a steel milk jug and put in the freezer for 10 minutes
  2. Meanwhile mix Collagen Matcha Latte with water to combine
  3. Add Berry Immune to cold milk, then using a Whiz Stick, froth milk for 2-4 minutes until a thick and glossy foam forms
  4. Add ice to a glass, pour over matcha mixture, followed by some milk, then pour over pink foam
  5. Freak out with excitement
