Pink Overnight Oats
Versatile, and t-oat-ally easy, these Pink Overnight Oats are bursting with nutrition thanks to the addition of Brekkie Hero with 14 fruits, veggies and greens containing 18 bioavailable vitamins & minerals from pure, organic wholefoods, including vitamins A, C, D, E, B vitamins, zinc, folate & iodine. Make these oats overnight for a easy get-up-and-go or cook on a stove for a warming berry-licious option.

  • 3 tsp Brekkie Hero
  • 1 cup oats
  • ½  cup desiccated coconut 
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 ½  cups plant milk 
  • ½ tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • ¼ cup fresh berries
  • 1 banana
  1. Combine oats, desiccated coconut, chia seeds, Brekkie Hero, milk and maple. Stir through. 
  2. Place in the fridge overnight or at least 6 hours.
  3. Top with berries and banana. 

Note: You can also make this into a porridge by placing all the ingredients together in a saucepan and heating for a couple of until the porridge is cooked through
