  • 7 oz Digestive cookies or graham crackers (or preferred cookies)
  • 4.2 oz Organic Whey Protein Vanilla (4 serves)
  • 32 oz Greek yogurt
  • 3 tbsp topping spread - nut butter or Biscoff
  • Optional: cookies for topping
  1. Crush cookies back into a chunky powder.
  2. In a medium bowl combine whey protein powder and Greek yogurt and mix until smooth.
  3. Melt nut butter or spread until runny.
  4. To assemble, add a layer of the crushed cookies to each container, followed by equal amounts of the yogurt protein. Smooth with a spoon on top to be able to spread.
  5. Add the melted spread on top and spread to form a layer.
  6. Top with crushed cookies.
  7. Refrigerate overnight (if you can wait that long) or at least 3 hours and try to hide these from the rest of your family or they will disappear.
