  1. Add espresso and Collagen Beauty Caramel to a cocktail shaker and mix to combine. 
  2. Then, add in ice, coffee liqueur, and mascarpone. Give a really good shake to combine. 
  3. Pour into a martini glass and dust with Collagen Hot Chocolate and pair with a ladyfinger biscuit.
