Tiramisu Overnight Oats
Let’s be honest, tiramisu needs no introduction, but sometimes it’s not always the most nutritious of foods. So we created a glowing spin (thanks to Collagen Beauty Vanilla) on a classic Italian dessert and ‘healthified’ it to the point where it can be a nutritious breakfast to get you up and going, or a delicious pick-me-up sweet treat. Thanks to Collagen Beauty, you can enjoy the beauty benefits for your skin, hair, nails and gut wellbeing with ease, all you have to do is devour the bowl.

  • 2 tbsp Collagen Beauty Vanilla
  • 1 cup oats
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds, white
  • 1.5 cups plant milk
  • 80ml espresso
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp maple syrup
  • 1 cup vanilla yoghurt, coconut
  • 3 tsp cacao powder
  1. For the overnight oats, put oats, chia seeds, plant milk, espresso, cinnamon, collagen and maple in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Portion into 2 glasses (or into one container if you prefer) then add a tsp of cacao powder and ripple through the top layer, then place in the fridge for about 4 hours or overnight.
  3. When ready to serve, spoon yoghurt over oats mixture and dust with cacao powder
