Turmeric Chia Pudding
Say chia later to bland breakfasts cause it's time to turmeric things up! Creamy, spiced, and not at all what you’d expect, this Turmeric Chia Pudding blends the earthy warmth of turmeric with the fibre-rich power of chia seeds and 15g of Collagen Body to support your joints and bones. Topped with fresh berries and coconut, it’s a breakfast that'll have you (quite literally) jumping out of bed.

  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 serve Collagen Body
  • ½ tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • ½ tsp ground turmeric
  • A pinch of black pepper
  • A pinch of ground cinnamon
  • Strawberries & blueberries for topping
  • 1 tbsp toasted coconut flakes
  1. Mix chia, almond milk, vanilla essence and collagen body in a bowl. Add honey, ground turmeric, ground cinnamon and a tiny pinch of cracked black pepper and mix to combine evenly. Place in the fridge for 2 hours to allow the chia seeds to absorb the liquid.
  2. Remove chia from the fridge and stir to remove any clumps that have formed. Add a tiny bit more almond milk if desired to thin out the pudding consistency.
  3. Chop the strawberries and blueberries. Sprinkle with coconut flakes and the berries.
