  • 1 serve Clean Protein Creamy Vanilla
  • 1 serve Collagen Build
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1/2 banana, fresh or frozen
  • 1/2 cup of berries (strawberries and blueberries are best)
  • Handful spinach leaves
  • 3 walnuts
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds, soaked

1. Add all ingredients to blender.

2. Blend until smooth.

3. Enjoy.
