Chicken Couscous

Want to know how to make chicken and vegetables even more delicious? Add couscous, it’s so nice they named it twice. Plus the goodness of Chicken Bone Broth for little bubbas growth, immunity, energy and wellbeing from zinc and B vitamins. Developed by our very own Nutritionist and mumma Lisa Baker, who would like to add that you may want to make extra to add to your plate it’s so darn delicious.

  • 1 cup of Chicken Bone Broth Homestyle Original
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 tsp minced garlic
  • ½ tsp ground coriander
  • 1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 3.5 ounces chicken mince
  • 1 cup pumpkin (diced)
  • 1 cup couscous
  1. Steam pumpkin until soft.
  2. On a medium heat, add olive oil, onion, garlic, coriander and mince, cook through.
  3. Add the pumpkin, bone broth and couscous. Stir thoroughly for 2 minutes, transfer into a bowl and cover. Leave covered for 3 minutes, then serve.
  4. Can be served as is or blended into a smooth mash depending on your baby’s age and stage.
