On a medium heat, add olive oil, onion, garlic, coriander and mince, cook through.
Add the pumpkin, bone broth and couscous. Stir thoroughly for 2 minutes, transfer into a bowl and cover. Leave covered for 3 minutes, then serve.
Can be served as is or blended into a smooth mash depending on your baby’s age and stage.
