Ingredients

PANTRY ITEMS

2 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic, grated  

1 tsp smoked paprika

½ tsp salt 

½ tsp pepper

1 head cauliflower, leaves removed

1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, grated

Fresh parsley garnish


1. Preheat oven to 200 C

2. Mix together olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, Chicken Bone Broth, salt and pepper into a small bowl

3. Cut cauliflower in half down the centre, then slice off a ‘steak’ from each cut side of the cauliflower, about 2.5 cm thick

4. Brush each side with the spice mixture then place on a lined baking tray

5. Bake for 15 minutes, then sprinkle with the mozzarella cheese, and turn heat to high, bake for a further 5 minutes until melted and golden 

6. Garnish with parsley
