  • 11 oz can sweetened condensed coconut milk
  • 6 tbsp Collagen Hot Chocolate
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 cups cold whipping cream (or oat cream for dairy-free)
  • 1 cup dark chocolate buttons, roughly chopped

  1. Add condensed milk into a bowl. Sift in the hot chocolate powder and salt and mix until well combined. Set aside.
  2. Add cold whipping cream to another mixing bowl, or into a bowl of a stand mixer. Start whipping on low speed, gradually increase the speed, and continue to whip until stiff peaks form. Fold in the hot chocolate & condensed milk mix, and whip again on medium speed until well combined.
  3. Stir through chocolate chunks then transfer to a freezer-safe airtight container (or a loaf pan sealed tightly with plastic wrap) and freeze for at least 6 hours before serving. Enjoy with your favorite toppings!
