Ingredients

PANTRY ITEMS

500g pork mince

1 tbsp olive oil

400g noodles of choice

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp ginger

3 tbsp tamari sauce 

2 tbsp peanut butter 

3 tsp maple

½ tsp Chinese five spice powder 

½ tsp white pepper 

1 tbsp chilli oil

1 tbsp Chicken Bone Broth Concentrate Natural Chicken

1 cup water

2 bunch of Chinese broccoli, washed and finely chopped


  1. Fry pork in olive oil until cooked through and beginning to crisp up 
  2. Meanwhile cook noodles to packet instructions
  3. Add garlic and ginger to pork, fry for 3-4 minutes until softened
  4. Add tamari, peanut butter, maple, chinese five spice, white pepper, chilli oil and chicken concentrate, stir to combine
  5. Add water and chinese broccoli, stir through and all to simmer into a sauce consistency
  6. Add the cooked noodles and stir through
