With Monk Fruit, Thaumatin and carob. Monk Fruit is an ancient native fruit of Thailand & China that contains naturally occurring antioxidants known as ‘mogrosides’. Thaumatin is a very sweet protein sourced from the katemfe fruit. Carob is a naturally earthy and sweet legume. The Matcha flavour can be adjusted to suit your preference. For a mellow and gentle taste, you can follow the standard recipe by adding 6 grams (2 teaspoons) of Collagen Matcha Latte powder to a little hot or cold milk of choice. However, if you're a bold, hardcore Matcha lover craving a stronger flavour, you have the option to add an extra teaspoon or two of the powder to intensify its rich, earthy notes.
