With Monk Fruit, Thaumatin and carob. Monk Fruit is an ancient native fruit of Thailand & China that contains naturally occurring antioxidants known as ‘mogrosides’. Thaumatin is a very sweet protein sourced from the katemfe fruit. Carob is a naturally earthy and sweet legume. The combination of these ingredients provides a smooth, well-rounded sweetness that compliments the cocoa without the need for refined sugar or the bitter aftertaste of other natural sweeteners. The Matcha flavour can be adjusted to suit your preference. For a mellow and gentle taste, you can follow the standard recipe by adding 6 grams (2 teaspoons) of Collagen Matcha Latte powder to a little hot or cold milk of choice. However, if you're a bold, hardcore Matcha lover craving a stronger flavour, you have the option to add an extra teaspoon or two of the powder to intensify its rich, earthy notes.
